An End Restarted, A Dream Revisited… !

VALENTINE'S DAY………. ???

The day for lovers as it should be.
Just regret the fact there's none for me.
I try so hard to find that love,
the one they say is sent from above.

I drown in tears.
My heart is crying.
No one seems to notice.
My soul is dying.

Hiding the hurt, hiding the pain,
Hiding the tears that fall like rain…..

I'm sure it's great for those couples that are just so in love.

But………….

What about those who are left out?
What about those who are pushed aside and forgotten?
What about those who aren't Considered pretty enough?
What happens when everyone around you gets something from a special person and all you get is ignored?

You Can Ignore Me As Long As You Want
But,  
You Can Never Change The Memories I Brought To Your Life…

What Is Love?
I ask myself time after time,
Why is love so blind…. ?

I guess Broken Hearts are only made for me,
Because love finds everyone else but love never found me....!!

No hugs, No kisses, No special treats,
Just me alone…

One hurting heart...

That has no beat………………..

When you look at me, do you see the smile on my face,
Or do you see the tears I fight to hold inside?

Do you see a strong, willful man I portray,
Or the scared little boy who never quite goes away?

If I broke down and lost all control,
Would you know how to handle me ?
Would you hold me till I stop shaking ?
Kiss away all of my tears?
Would you know how to lift me up,
From a place far beyond recognition?

You see a happy man in ME.
But I'm so much more.
I'm sad,
I'm lonely,
I'm unpredictable,
I'm broken,
I'm irrational,
I'm complicated.
You only see who I let you see….!!

Sometimes, I just need someone to talk to. 

Someone to care about me.
Someone to listen to my problems.
Someone to hold me when I cry.
Someone to love me.

Nobody knows the real me.
Nobody knows what I go through everyday.
Nobody knows what I have to do just to make it through the day.
Nobody knows that I'm the man who isn't who I say I am.
And I'm the man who will cry himself to sleep every night...

I could dream of you forever,
But it wouldn't put me beside you…!

I could call your name a million times,
But you'll never hear me…!

I could ask you a billion questions,
But I'll never get the answers I want…!

I could write a hundred poems,
But still you would never understand…!

I could try to forget what I feel,
But I've pushed too much out already…!

I could lie to myself,
But lying exhausts the soul…!

I could give up on you,
But too much of me still loves you…

Some people are so lucky that even after hurting,

They get so much love !!!
And
Some are so unlucky that even after loving so much,

They always get hurt !!!

Can't we be more than just good friends?
Can't we look through the same lens?
Can you picture us together?
Can I be the one you say you can't live without?

Loneliness, it hurts.
It kills you deep inside.
It makes you feel empty.
It stops you in your stride....!

You cry yourself to sleep,
Hugging your pillow tight,
Wishing for someone,
To hold you through the night….!

I try not to weep
I hope she doesn't hear my cries...
But I can't stop the tears,
Falling from my eyes….!

A hurt so deep it cuts like a knife,

But wounds heal and I'll go on with my life…!

If there was anything I could take back
It would be the lonely nights,
And maybe instead of writing this I would be holding you tight.

As I write this, memories flood me.
They remind me of all we used to be..

On Valentine's Day we think of those
Who make our lives worthwhile,
Those gracious, friendly people who
We think of with a smile.

What if we cannot end up together,

I'm glad that you were once a part of my life..
I am fortunate to know you,
That's why I want to say,
To a rare and special person,
Happy Valentine's Day!

There are endings,

but the story continues……..!!!!
